Our accreditations

Corporate Risk Systems Limited is certified to ISO 9001, Investors in People and is 100% carbon free. We hold training provider approvals from all of the major HSE training certification bodies in the world, and are registered with BFRS and CTP to accept MOD resettlement enhanced learning credits. We have chosen charities, and actively support a Formula 1 and BRSCC Mighty Mini racing team.

NEBOSH

NEBOSH is probably the largest and best respected HSE examination certification body in the world. CRS is approved and accredited to deliver almost all of the NEBOSH Certificate programs in the UK and internationally. We now deliver the following Nebosh courses:

IOSH

The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) is the world’s largest health and safety body, with 45,000 members

including our qualified practitioner staff. Our MD was a member of the IOSH Council of Management from 1998 to 2012, and has chaired several of its committees. He was awarded the IOSH President’s Distinguished Service Award in 2010. CRS is approved to deliver the IOSH suite of health and safety training – Directing, Managing and Working Safely. We also deliver specialist and CPD courses around the world for IOSH. We now deliver the following IOSH courses:

IEMA

The Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) is the world’s largest environmental membership body. CRS has worked innovatively with IEMA to create a suite of applied learning courses offering routes to Associate and Full Membership levels as well as a route between these. City & Guilds

CRS has been a City and Guilds training centre since 2002. We deliver the Level 3 and Level 5 NVQ Certificate and Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. We are users of the award-winning Learning Assistant e-portfolio system, and have probably been involved in the certification of more health and safety managers for GradIOSH and CMIOSH than any other organization in the world since 1999. CIEH

CRS offers a full range of Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) health, safety and environmental training courses. We were commissioned by CIEH to develop their Environmental Principals and Best practice series of classes, and thier Environmental Management syllabus, training and assessment materials. CITB

The Construction Industry Training Boad (CITB) is the national training organisation for construction in the UK. ConstructionSkills is the Sector Skills Council for construction, a partnership with CITB. CRS is an approved training provider for CITB ConstructionSkills offering a full range of training including SMSTS and SSSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme and Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme).

ELC

CRS is the Minsitry of Defence (MOD) in support of the ELC scheme. Our approved training provider number is 2227. The MOD's Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) is an initiative to promote lifelong learning amongst members of the armed forces. The scheme provides financial support in the form of a single up-front payment in each of a maximum of three separate financial years. ELC funding is only available for pursuit of higher level learning - courses that result in a nationally recognised qualification at level three or above on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) (England and Wales), a Level six or above on the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) or, if pursued overseas, an approved international equivalent qualification.

CRS is a corporate member of the British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS). BFRS’s mission is to ensure armed services service leavers and former service personnel are presented with the best possible opportunities to forge successful second careers on Civvy Street. CRS support BFRS by being a preferred and accredited training provider.

CTP

The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is the official provider of armed forces resettlement services. It provides resettlement services for those leaving the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Marines. They also operate as an intermediary service for employers wishing to hire service leavers, and have assisted over 180,000 service leavers with the transition to civilian life. CRS is an accredited and preferred training provider, working closely with the CTP and service leavers to ensure the best possible training in readiness for their future careers.
